This site presents SilenceWatch, a job monitoring tool, and publishes its documentation. It is published in accordance with article 6-III of the French law n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (LCEN), which requires the publisher of a website to be identifiable.

Section titled “Intellectual property”SilenceWatch’s source code is published under the Apache License 2.0: you may use, modify and redistribute it, commercially included, under the terms of that licence.
The name “SilenceWatch” and the logo are not covered by that licence. They remain the publisher’s property and may not be used to name another product or service. What may be done without asking is detailed in TRADEMARK.md in the repository. The name is not registered as a trademark at this time.
The texts and images of this site are provided on the same terms as the code, unless stated otherwise.
Personal data and cookies
Section titled “Personal data and cookies”How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy. This site sets no cookie and contains no audience-measurement tool and no request to a third-party service.
